Requirements: - Minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree in any field.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience as an administrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Table, LOOKUP, IF Function).
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Understanding of sales reporting procedures & document filing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of initiative to achieve company targets.
- Ensure all operational documents are handled, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipment receipts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse areas and create daily/monthly spreadsheets for customer orders, sales data, and product details.
- Manage shipping operations from pick-up to delivery, prepare necessary documents, and coordinate with the expedition vendor for any shipping issues.
- Ensure accuracy of information and product updates on website.
