About the Assignment:Here you will be working closely with our local and regional team to support the business process and day-to-day operations for omnicommerce product suite, specifically API integration. Data handling, analyzing and stakeholder management will be your day to day task as well
- Perform various technical support (i.e. technical issue resolution, system configuration, etc) to our GF/GM merchants/API partners throughout the API integration process
- Perform escalation to our regional product team and engineers in case of any issues that occurs throughout the integration process
- Provide analytical support to evaluate issue pattern
- Essential Experience / Criteria:
- Understand the concept of API, it's implementation and authentication process
- Undestand the concept of JSON and able to work with JSON
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders on technical information
- 4.CV in English
