Job Description

Job Desc

  • Develop and maintain a database to track purchase orders using Excel or Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Create reports and dashboards to analyze purchase order data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Assist with project management tasks and provide support to various departments as needed

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Please Submit CV in English
