Perform inventory report daily and monthly Reconcile daily transactions versus stock
Taking and assisting customer on online orders (incl. packing, calculating delivery fee and checking payment received in Romano's account, tracking the delivery)
Update stock in and stock out (gelato, cups and other accessories, condiments) online and offline Perform monthly stock opname (in the beginning of the month)
Monitoring and reconcile every on going promo and/or collab Approach and list down every possible influencer and food blogger
Coordinate with printing company (to make design or to print) Broadcast ongoing promo on social media, marketplace, and whatsapp Invoicing and follow up payment
Perform outstanding report and remind the customer Handling PO, DO, updating stock in and stock out (gelato, cups and other accessories, condiments) online and offline and compile with MOKA sales
Assisting other crew in the outlet if needed
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Experience working in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using computers and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
