Responsibilities
- Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Director as required.
- Manage the Director's schedule to include travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and appointments, and screening telephone calls.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, etc. as instructed.
- Perform other administrative and secretarial functions as required by the Director.
- Greet and direct visitors and team members.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
- 2 years of Administrative Support experience required
- Microsoft Suite experience required ( PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
