Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active school calendars, schedule and confirm meetings.
  • Ensure file organization based on school protocol.
  • Responsible and coordinate the academic Event.
  • Communicate with Student, Parents, Teachers and Principals.
  • Provide ad hoc support for team or superior.

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate, Bachelor's degree from Event Management, Business or Management Major.
  • Proactive, Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meticulous and target oriented.
  • Having interest in administration and enjoy event management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Full Proficiency in English.
  • Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
