Job Description

l Managing company general administrative activities.

l Answer phones and greet visitors

l Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

l Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings

l Collate and distribute mail

l Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

l Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents

l Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

l Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month

    Benefits:
  • Maternity leave
Schedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • Overtime pay


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Simpang Ampat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Language:

* Mandarin, Chinese , Malay (Preferred)
