We are looking for an Ads Performance Marketing Analyst (Marketplace) to join our growing team! As an Ads Performance Marketing Analyst (Marketplace), you will play a vital role in driving online sales and optimizing advertising campaigns. Your responsibilities involve managing and analyzing digital advertising efforts to maximize visibility, attract customers, and ultimately boost revenue.
Job Role
- Develop and implement a strategic advertising plan in marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc).
- Create, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on marketplace, ensuring they align with the brand's goals and budget.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing search terms and phrases for optimization.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, including product images, copy, and videos.
- Set and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ad visibility while maintaining a cost-efficient advertising spend.
- Allocate advertising budgets effectively across various campaigns, products, and marketplace to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall sales.
- Research and analyze competitors marketplace advertising strategies to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure that product listings are optimized for search and conversion on marketplace platforms.
- Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve product visibility within marketplace's search results.
- Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to improve advertising performance.
- Generate regular reports on advertising campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or a related field from a reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00.
- Min. 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce, website (shopify) with a focus on marketplace advertising.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms and their advertising tools and interfaces.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel) to assess campaign performance.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising tools.
- Experience managing min. 30 mios/month advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, marketplace algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Min. TOEFL score of 450.
