Your Responsibilities:

As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in developing our product sales agency system. You will design effective sales strategies, set appropriate commissions in collaboration with the Director, and ensure our agents have everything they need to succeed. You will monitor agent performance, provide the necessary support, and ensure the system runs smoothly to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate management, partnership, or similar roles.
• Strong skills in designing and implementing successful affiliate sales strategies.
• Deep understanding of commission structures and sales agency incentives.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and sales results.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high initiative.
