Provide weekly updates on affiliate and influencer activities in weekly marketing meetings, ensuring alignment with current fashion trends.
Conduct monthly feed checks with publishers to ensure product visibility on their platforms.
Respond promptly to affiliate inquiries and evaluate new affiliate applications for quality partnerships.
Coordinate event placements with publishers, including banner ad placements.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Act as the sole owner and primary point of contact for Baltini's shop analytics, including product and category performance, to drive insights specific to the fashion market.
Track marketing performance across digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website traffic.
Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on customer acquisition, retention rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare presentations and reports on affiliate program performance for internal stakeholders.
Developing monthly, quarterly, and yearly roadmaps aligned with KPI goals and revenue targets.
Strategic Development
Identify and pursue collaborations with new publishers and influencers, while maintaining ongoing communication with existing affiliates.
Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate engagement and optimize ROI across campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate promotions with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.
Refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and conduct A/B testing for campaign optimization.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury e-commerce space.
Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices, with a focus on their application in the fashion industry.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to integrate marketing data with other operational data for holistic performance analysis.
Compliance & Data Privacy
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards, and data privacy laws in all affiliate and marketing activities.
Adhere to best practices in data handling and affiliate program management.
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnerships.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the fashion industry is preferred, with an understanding of fashion trends and luxury e-commerce dynamics.
Experience with affiliate platforms like Rakuten, CJ affiliate, or Impact Radius is highly desirable.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising especially banner ads and display placements.
