Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, and filtering potential affiliates that align with company goals.
• Achieving monthly affiliate acquisition targets through effective outreach, relationship-building, and negotiation.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition program to attract and retain top affiliates.
• Cultivating and strengthening strategic partnerships with potential affiliate to expand reach and growth.
• Continuously monitoring affiliate performance and optimizing acquisition strategies for better results.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Affiliate Marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and build strong partnerships at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, with a willingness to share ideas and insights.
• Strong analytical skills to assess affiliate performance and make data-driven decisions.
