Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role- Experience in recruitment, training, and managing affiliate partners is preferred
Strong research and analytical skills to identify target audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to track and monitor program performance- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle ad-hoc operational challenges
