Job Description
- Supplier researching (hydraulic equipment, workshop, shipping company to send spare parts)
Follow after sales work and monitor all the database client with a daily call/text- Spare Part Selling and Quotation Making
Manage customers in assistance and breakage situations, maintaining calm and leading to the solution
- Responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers after they have purchased our products
Work closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about our products
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with our products
- Repair and replace defective parts
Perform preventive maintenance on our products- Provide technical training to our customers
Keep accurate records of all service work performed
Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an After-Sales Mechanic.
Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.- Experienced with a variety of products in the industry.
Experienced in heavy equipment and excavator
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Good communication in English and interpersonal skills. Good use of laptop and supplier research on web
