Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced After Sales Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Do:

  • Supervise and lead a team of aftersales service technicians and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and customer service excellence
  • Manage the scheduling of service appointments and allocation of resources to maximize efficiency and meet service targets
  • Monitor and evaluate service operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with parts and inventory management teams to ensure availability of parts and accessories needed for service repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct regular training sessions for aftersales service staff to enhance technical skills, customer service skills, and knowledge of company products
  • Prepare and analyze reports on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhancement

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in an aftersales service supervisory or management role within the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in automotive diagnostic equipment and aftersales service management systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
