Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of life insurance partners and to oversee the development of internal sales team to ensure a high-performing sales force;
Set recruitment & sales targets, monitor achievements, and review partners performance.
Drive and develop a strong variable life insurance agency to scalling it up.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in any Major;
Having minimum 4 years experience in Agency or Partnership in Life insurance;
Having good communication skills;
Having good in English conversationally;
