Position Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to bring Agile practices to hospitality, developing and mentoring teams to operate with efficiency and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment. You'll lead daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, helping our team to provide seamless guest experiences while meeting operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Transformation: Lead agile transformation initiatives, incorporating Scrum and GTD (Getting Things Done) principles to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
• Daily Standups & Sprints: Facilitate daily standups and sprint planning sessions, adapting tasks to dynamic hospitality demands.
• Team Collaboration: Promote cross-functional team synergy with T-shaped skill development and self-organization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with managers and team members to align on priorities, update SOPs, and adapt Agile principles in a hospitality context.
• Continuous Improvement: Guide weekly retrospectives to identify improvement areas and embed a culture of iterative growth and accountability.

Job Description

As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you will guide and train our hospitality teams in Agile practices to improve their adaptability and efficiency. This role requires extensive experience in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and GTD, with the ability to translate these methodologies into practical tools that enhance our service standards and operational goals. You will conduct regular training, oversee sprint processes, and ensure Agile principles are maintained across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, GTD, and Agile frameworks tailored for hospitality.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to drive team development and foster self-organization.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Agile frameworks, project management, or a related field.
