What you will do but not limited to:
- Create and implement production plans according to demand forecasts and sales targets for agricultural commodities.
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels for raw materials and finished products.
- Manage and optimize production processes, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with procurement and quality control teams to ensure availability and quality of raw materials for production.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for food safety and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and distribution, to coordinate production and inventory activities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate production plans, inventory status, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning and inventory control in the sugar industry.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural production processes and inventory management principles.
- Experience with demand forecasting, sales analysis, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
- Experience in the management of agricultural commodities is a plus.
- Willing to be located in Sukabumi.
