Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards
Leading the morning circle at the division's office for the day's work arrangements
Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out according to the target set
Fostering good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and communities surrounding the division
Examine and sign all daily reports of employment, use of materials, employment and progress / work of third parties
Request non-harvest premium based on the work done
Explain the operational cost of the division between budget and actual monthl
Ensure that there is a restriction of TBS and brondolan, stored safely and transported the next day at the first opportunity
Job Requirement :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agronomy
Maximum 4 years of working experience as Agronomy Assistant
Good communication skills
Willing to be located in Bangka Belitung Estate
Ready to be relocated according to company needs
