What You Will Do:
- Work with the AI team to learn about and understand our AI tools and content requirements
- Learn to translate complex AI concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content for various audiences
- Assist in drafting and editing documentations, ensuring a cohesive and consistent voice across all AI-related materials
- Help maintain organized databases of reference materials, including research, usability notes, and product specifications
- Review existing documentations and suggest improvements under the teams guidance to enhance clarity and readability
- Contribute creative ideas for AI-related blog posts, tutorials, and articles, to support the teams content strategy
What You Will Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience in technical writing/content especially in IT. Familiarity with AI is a plus point.
- Possess good understanding of IT and tech product development
- Able to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and make them easily understandable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for details
- Proficient in English (specifically written)
