Who We Need:

- Medical doctor, preferably with at least 1 year of clinical experience and strong academic & organizational skills.

- Proven work ethic, excellent teamwork capabilities, and communication skills.

- Willingness to work onsite in Jakarta (a few times a week) and to travel as required.

- Nice to have: Previous experience in healthcare management, medical coding (casemix), and/or artificial intelligence projects/scientific review.

Your Impact:

- Conduct benchmarking against current AI research and market needs to ensure the development of necessary, trustworthy, and ethically compliant AI solutions

- Ensure high-quality datasets for training, leading to clinically relevant and ethically sound AI models

- Train healthcare workers in the use of AI technologies and oversee agile development of AI models by integrating user feedback
