RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
a) Responsible for daily job planned achievement.
b) Ensure products / services quality and safety standards are complied with.
c) Provide feedback and other performance indices to the foreman whenever required.
d) Comply with the required procedures and instructions.
e) Liaise with foreman on quality problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrences.
f) To report to the foreman to resolve the problem.
- QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
a) Min SPM or equivalent.
b) Fresh graduators in HVAC management/servicing industry.
c) Possess good interpersonal and minor supervisory skill.
