Requirements
Operational experience (Especially Logistic & Airfreight)
Well communicate with new people and maintain relationship with other ops department
Ability to work and coordination related ops as required
Innovative & experience to monitoring & maintaining tasks to improve AF ops
Familiar to operating Ms. Office, (Excel, Word & PPT)
Ready to be placed or move to other area by superior requested
Able to monitor more than 1 area (station hub) by remote or visiting as needed
Responsibilities
Monitoring AF ops (Flow ops, Manpower & vehicle as needed)
Coordination with provider related volume distribution and ops issues
Coordination with station dest for pending shipment and delivery issues
Fill Gsheet report Outgoing/incoming & Generate reporting outgoing ( Allocation provider and Airfreight daily report outgoing
