Currently, PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is working with Nishitetsu Air Service Co., Ltd. to find the best talent for their Airport Ground Staff position.

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for all customer service duties at the airport
• Airport counter operations: check-in, ticket issuance, baggage storage, etc.
• Boarding gate duties: Information regarding transfers, departures, and arrivals, ticket gate operations such as ticket confirmation, announcement duties, etc.
• Handling overweight baggage, various inquiries, support for customers who require assistance with boarding, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any major
• Holds JLPT N3 certificate (proficient in speaking)
• Interest to work in customer service industry
