Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions at the Airport- Manage the customer's luggage.
Handle customer luggage with due care and attention
Take a picture and collect the luggage for the check-in process.- Coordinate with the Travel Agents Coordinator.
Send the luggage documentation to the Saudi Arabia Airport's handling staff.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience in customer care- Able to work shifting or in urgent cases.
Preferably live near the Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
- Ability to lift/carry hand freight of varying weights up to 30kgs
Able to communicate well in the Indonesian language.- Able to speak in English or Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work within a team first environment, and complete common goals within time sensitive deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly, and adapt to fast changing customer requirements
