Working closely in a small team of Capital Markets with the Head of Department delivering best in class disposal process of a single asset or a portfolio of asset.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develop networking with multiple type of clients.
Preparation of marketing collateral including teaser, information memorandum.
Update market conditions, property prices and legal related matters.
Assist in a transaction process.
Key Skills and Capabilities
Good analytical and presentation skill.
Good understanding of property market and business trends.
Good understanding of property sales documentation and taxation.
Knowledge of laws and government regulations related to property.
Excellent communication in English.
Ability to prepare cashflow projection and analysis.
Ability to produce high quality marketing collateral and marketing report in English.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Good team player, also able to work independently
Excellent in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Words
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Real Estate
Minimum 1 3 years of experiences in Valuation, Consultancy, Investment Sales, Capital Markets or Business Development
