API Tehnical Support!
- Duration: 12 months, possible to extend
- Job Description: Here you will be working closely with our local and regional team to support the business process and day-to-day operations for omnicommerce product suite, specifically API integration. Data handling, analyzing and stakeholder management will be your day to day task as well
Perform various technical support (i.e. technical issue resolution, system configuration, etc) to our GF/GM merchants/API partners throughout the API integration process- Perform escalation to our regional product team and engineers in case of any issues that occurs throughout the integration process
Provide analytical support to evaluate issue pattern
Understand the concept of API, it's implementation and authentication process
- Undestand the concept of JSON and able to work with JSON
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders on technical information
