Main purpose for the position:
As a second-level application support specialist, your role will involve providing assistance to our organisation and ensuring the smooth operation of our P2P system (Coupa). You'll be integral to our expanding global team, collaborating with colleagues based in Copenhagen, Warsaw, Jakarta, and Porto. Your primary focus will be directly addressing technical issues and service requests related to Coupa for your colleagues worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- 1st and 2nd line support on Coupa service requests and incidents
- Continuous improvement of processes and tools
- Log, research, and resolve issues assigned to you in our ITSM platform
Who you'll work with:
- Coupa 3rd level support
- Coupa Implementation Team
- Global support team
- Country Admin
- Coupa end-users
Professional Qualifications:
- You should as a minimum have completed a relevant IT education
- Preferably, a minimum of 2-5 years of experience within IT support function from a Worldwide enterprise, but not a must
- Willing to learn and grow with the organization
- some experience with a P2P (procure to pay) system (Ideally Coupa)
Personal Qualifications:
- Exceptional communications and customer service skills
- You can quickly create a high-level overview of the task at hand, at the same time while still focusing on the details.
- You thrive with repetitive tasks from time to time
- You are autonomous and take initiatives independently to improve the ways you work, but at the same time, appreciate a social and team environment
- You thrive in a work environment where it can be fast-paced from time to time
