Responsibilities
- Support claim administration
- Receiving incoming claim from mailing room and handling claim LogBook
- GM Reimbursement claim registration into OMNI.
- GTL and GPA Reimbursement claim registration
- Change status claim into Closed claim (by monthly basis based on accounting report) as instructed by claim admin leader
- Uploading claim data transaction from TPA and DCO Halodoc into OMNI system
- Split claim document (cashless & reimbursement)
- Support Medical advisor, provider and TPA relation
- Communicate with PMN team to provide information requests from PRUWorks Clients
- Communicate with AdMedika regarding provider opening requests
- Communicate with the CR team regarding participant care report information obtained from Admedika
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate from major Public health or Nursing.
- Working arrangements: Full WFO in South Jakarta.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PPT, and Excel).
- Committed to do 6 months internship.
- Can-Do attitude.
