Responsibilities
- Support Health & Branding Segment unit in day-to-day activity, including:
- Administrative works (including budget, creative process, purchasing, sign off,and file records)
- Reporting
- Assist in Health & Branding projects
- Daily progress preparation, monitoring & reporting, including creative development and budget implementation
Requirements
- Committed to join for 6 months
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to details
- Must be computer literate (working knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiar with design software (photoshop, adobe, video editor) is a plus.
- Understands basic administrative works
- Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and excel
