Responsibilities:
Compliance reporting: to send reminder and collate reporting evidence.
Regulatory update: to assist the translation of new regulations, reports, articles, etc (for review and finalization by CMR team).
Compliance awareness and training: assist in preparing raw materials (which will be reviewed and finalized by CMR team), send the invite, coordinate the event, prepare the minutes.
Participate in Compliance review activities: filling up initial review/gap checklist (for analysis and sign off by CMR team).
Requirements:
A fresh graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00.
Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi area, South Jakarta.
Committed to do 6 months internship period.
Proficient in operating at minimum Microsoft Office (word, power point, excel) and other infographic applications (Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
Good verbal and written communication skills both English and Bahasa.
Acceptable level of analytical skills.
Experience in contributing to scientific research, internship and/or university/international organizations.
Attention to detail
Good time management to manage multiple tasks with pre-determined deadline.
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
