Atlas Beach Fest is founded by PT. Kreasi Bali Prima, we provide the experience of a unique atmosphere beach club, culinary ground, lounges, and nightclub professionally concepted.
We are looking for great people to fill this vacant position as Architect.
Responsibilities
- Design and create architectural plans for construction projects
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
- Ensure that architectural designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing structures and conditions
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate various systems into the design
- Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and industry trends to stay up-to-date with advancements
- Address any design changes or issues that arise during the construction process
- Evaluate and select appropriate materials, finishes, and equipment for projects
- Continuously evaluate and improve design processes to enhance efficiency and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management
- A comprehensive work portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects and design work
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards
- Experience with computational design
- Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
