Gema Consult are seeking a highly-spirits & self-motivated candidates for our
architecture studio client in
Bali area (Seminyak).
We are looking for a skilled Architect that shall work in one of our Client. The Architect is expected to provide their expertise to draw structural features and details for buildings and other construction projects. Specialization in a type of building, such as residential or commercial is required. They may also specialize by the materials used, such as steel, wood, or reinforced concrete.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate on Design Projects using software provide by the company (AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, 3Ds Max, Lumion, etc.) and producing 2D and 3D drawings;
Architect complete and file much of the paperwork that is involved in the design process;
- Organize and optimize the workflow of the project;
Produce 3D rendering and 3D video of the Architecture project;- Coordinate with the team the process of the project, and set deadline;
Communicate with Involved Parties, Senior Architects;
- Coordinates Project Details with the team leader.
Requirements :
- Min. 1 year of experience as Architect
Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans- Works together to achieve the team goals and targets set by the team leader
2D and 3D design skills
- Coordinates with specialist and team leader request
