Vida Bekasi is a 140-hectare mixed-use development in Bekasi, Indonesia, aimed at achieving sustainable growth, enhancing prosperity, and improving quality of life, with economic opportunities and employment for all.

The developer, Gunas Land, collaborates with both local and international architects to design an ideal vision of tropical urbanism, featuring pedestrian-friendly streets and outdoor spaces that encompass residential, commercial, office, retail, hotel, and public areas. The architecture and landscape will respond to and embrace the tropical climate and ecology, utilizing sustainable design approaches and technology to significantly reduce energy consumption and water usage.

Responsibilities

• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
• Assist in some ongoing projects

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing in Architect or related Field
• Having Knowledge about AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Rendering
• Willing to join for atleast 3 months
