Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing operations of a franchise location by overseeing staf member, making operational decisions, and maintaining relationships with client
  • Recruiting prospective franchises based on their financial resources, business experience, and personal characteristics

Requirements

  • Have minimal 2 years experience in handling, manage, and have good relationship with distributor to reach the sales target and product penetration
  • Excellent in communication and can build good relationship with people in new environment
  • Excellent in managing execution and strong in problem solving
  • Excellent integrity, strict, honest, high motivation to learn something new, can be trusted and humble
  • Able to speak mandarin, will be plus point
  • Can join ASAP
