Direct oversight of achieving sales results at developing customers and aligning platform brand strategies.
Provide leadership through direction, coaching, and planning to increase the field sales team performance, including leading the team customer planning process, inclusive of fiscally responsible and coordinating trade planning process, trade effectiveness, efficiency, etc.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and retail programs within company guidelines and budgets.
Oversee the end-to-end sales operations process, including lead generation, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and deal closures.
Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending corrective actions.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
Minimum 5 - 7 years of related industry experience which includes cosmetics, 3C, IT, FMCG, etc.
Proven experience and strong understanding of channel dynamics, and relationships required, which includes KA and small and medium enterprises
Extensive experience and judgment in planning and accomplishing sales goals
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluent in English
Great understanding of Palembang and its surrounding areas.
