Area Manager

Job Description :

• Planning, surveying, and monitoring the renovation process until the opening of new Hubs in accordance with SID standards.
• Managing, maintaining, and improving Hub quality in the regional area.
• Identifying potential partners for the opening of new Hubs in the region.
• Maintaining relationships with SID stakeholders and partners.
• Conducting periodic evaluations of Hubs in the region.

Requirement :

• S1 in any majors
• Minimum 4 years of experience in hub management or as an area manager
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in area or district management, especially during periods of growth
• Ability to identify new market opportunities and assess competition
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Experience with market research and feasibility studies
• Awareness and understanding of diverse cultures in new market areas
• Having a background in the education industry is a plus
