Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all branch teams within the designated area to achieve sales and profitability targets effectively
- Drive business expansion across multiple cities by implementing structured processes to meet organizational objectives
- Develop and execute sustainable growth strategies for the car refinancing business through the recruitment of agent networks and the establishment of new acquisition channels
- Monitor and ensure portfolio growth while maintaining overall portfolio credit quality and risk management standards
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong expertise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) or Commercial Banking sectors
- Extensive network within the SME or Commercial Banking industry, particularly in the assigned area
- Proven experience at the Senior Manager or Area Manager level within SME Financial Institutions or Commercial Banking
- Demonstrates confidence, excellent communication skills, a charismatic personality, and the ability to foster teamwork
- Capable of thriving under pressure, meeting ambitious targets, and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment
