Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in F&B industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Willingness to travel between locations as needed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in this position
- Proficient in data processing and analysis using Microsoft Excel (at least Intermediate level)
- Able to operate ESB
- Experience in achieving sales targets
- Able to work under pressure and handle high mobility
Responsibilitie
- Manage and control sales activities to achieve targets and growth according to business potential in the assigned are
- Monitor sales performance at each outle
- Monitor and control product availability and plannin
- Be responsible for the productivity of the outlets, including work planning, staff control, asset management, and operational tool
- Ensure efficiency in controlling waste, food costs, and operational expense
- Conduct sales evaluations per outlet and report periodically to managemen
- Control the use of petty cash for the outlets under supervisio
- Ensure the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in each store manage
- Conduct visits to all outlets under responsibilit
- Guide, direct, and train the team effectively and in accordance with SO
- Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and annual work plan
- Present achievement result
