Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager Bancassurance in Cirebon. The role involves managing sales operations, developing and maintaining relationships with bank partners, and achieving sales targets through the bancassurance channel. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in bancassurance or financial services industry is a plus
