Area Sales Manager Kalimantan Timur (Samarinda)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market penetration.
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate a team of Medical Sales Representatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for upper management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability.
• Train and develop team members

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field
• At least 4 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and managing a sales team.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area.
• Domicile in Samarinda is preferred
