Job Description

Role Purpose:

To ensure that the communication and co-ordination of all retail support, execution of account and promotion plan as well as to improve brand market share and brand numeric distribution effectively and efficiently through establishing team, coverage and brand drive distribution.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage sales of the full range of company's products.
  • Implement agreed sales promotion activities and ensuring that appropriate cost benefit analysis is undertaken.
  • Establish and update detail analysis of customer sales and competitor activities.
  • Lead, direct and manage divisional consumer and retail trade sales group (Sales Rep. Team Leader, Sales Promotion Executives).
  • Work with trade marketing and distribution group to develop retail sales and Promotion plan.

Key Requirements;

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of managing and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the FMCG, dairy, or relevant industry is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the market, including consumer behaviour, competitors, and key sales channels.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and build relationships with key customers in the region.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and present sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Willingness to travel: Flexibility to travel within Makassar and surrounding regions as needed to meet with customers and oversee sales operations.
