Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for business growth & target achievement
  • Responsible for distribution of products in the area
  • Responsible for distributor KPIs
  • Achieve sales fundamentals
  • Carry out area development

Requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Key Account Supervisor or Sales Supervisor MT in Consumer Goods/Food & Beverages Industry.
  • Must have experience in handling accounts (NKA & LKA) & multi area especially in area coverage.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office program (Particularly Ms. Excel formula Vlookup, Hlookup, & Pivot Table)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong leadership skill.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Able to work in a team and dynamic environment
  • Ready to work with sub distributors and other third parties.
  • Must be willing to base in Greater Jakarta.
