Kredivo is looking for a Area Sales Manager - South Sumatera to join the Business Development function.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving targets by proper utilization of allocated resources in Southern Sumatera ; Palembang, Bengkulu, Jambi, Lampung & others.
Provide feedback on competition on-field execution and escalate point for any issues faced by merchants
Build and grow relationships with merchant in regional level to ensure excellent execution for event, visibility, and sales improvement.
Constantly ensure that merchants understand the Kredivo value proposition & how we help drive AOV & sales.
Set up & coach sales team from promoter level until leader to be a high performer. Manage low attrition.
Plan quarterly/monthly/weekly targets, and set targets for Area Sales Leaders, Sales Executives, and Sales Promoters. Plan, review, monitor, and evaluate sales performance.
Ensures that all team members company and follow ethical business practices
Requirements :
Minimum a bachelor's degree
Having at least 3 years of experience in sales/commercial, especially Fintech or Retail (preferably gadget/electronics)
Familiar with Southern Sumatera area
Having a dynamic and agile personality
Willing to be placed in Palembang area
Able to move fast, learn quick and execute well i.e fit into a high growth start-up
Proven ability in handling offline activation and sales projects
Having skills on Presentation and Excel
