Position : Area Sales Representative
Location : Banjarmasin
Role Summary & Responsibility :
- Build and maintain relationship with key outlets (market visit)
- Ensure implementation of marketing offer on assigned territory
- Lead and monitor demand generation activities (Trade meets/ Market storming)
- Driving retailer/IWS network expansion, thruput, product mix & realization
- DSR productivity monitoring and coaching (market coverage, PJP)
- Select retailers/IWS for branding deployment
- Gather market intelligence & feedback
- Collaborate within EM and alignment with distributor
- Drive adoption of digital tools (SFADMS, CB/ITP, DMS)
- Track promotional material utilization effectiveness
- Monthly sales performance tracking vs DBP (collaboration with DB)
- Build customer profiling
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree (S1)
- Minimum 3 years experience preferably in lubricants / FMCG industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team.
- Excellence communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in building with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant areas (distribution, sales operation) is desirable
- Have a Driver License (SIM A)
