RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and analyze current and possibilities new open area to maintain and improve the sales coverage
- Execute mapping area plan by looking for new open account
- Maintain and develop the existing account
- Suggesting an innovative idea for product growth based on market needs.
- Monitoring the condition of each account and plan the necessary strategy based on discussion with Line Manager
- Giving analysis the field condition to Line Manager in order to have a better understanding about the market
- In store Visibility : Product Planogram, excellence in merchandising in stores
- Conduct daily visit to client/petshop
- Negotiation with customer according to current strategies
- Proposed initiative of event activation program based on their needs to Sales Manager to help the existing account
- Provide prompt action to customer by giving excellent services
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree of any major
- Proven 1-2 years of working experience as Sales
- Fluent in English both spoken and written, Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge in pet food
- Creative, proactive and high motivation in work
- Has a passion in companion animals
- Has a good communication, excellent presentation and coaching skills
- Following the latest trends and developments in the field of Pet food Is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Able to join immediately
