Art & Creative Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and inspire the creative team (internal and external) to produce innovative and visually stunning content across various media
• Develop planning, execute, and evaluation campaigns or creative strategies that align with brand vision, mission, and values
• Responsible for brand visuals and content issued on all channels with various outputs (video, audio, visual, etc)
• Oversee the end-to-end creative/campaign process
• Make copywriting, angles and coordinate with the team to make it output for the needs of selling products
• Evaluate campaign performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, marketing, or related field
• Proven experience 5 years in a creative leadership role, within fashion/brand/retail/beauty industry
• Strategic thinking and a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior
• Good communications, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
• Full proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
• Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, South Tangerang
