Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to lead & manage Photographer Team to cater Creative & other division's needs
2. Create & develop concepts ideas for Product/Model Photoshoot for NPL or existing campaign
3. Directs Photographer & DI Specialist to achieve qualified images within the standard for Social Media, Marketplace, Offline, or Other division's need
4. Develop concept deck & storyline for Video Campaign of New Product Launch or Branding Video
5. Work closely and collaborate with the Production Division for video &/ model photo productions
6. Supervise video production from pre-production, production day, & post-production alongside Creative Director
7. Directs video productions if needed

Requirements:

• Has an experience an Art Director, have a good knowledge of photography & TVC production for more than 2 years
• Experienced & passionate working on beauty industry
• Has good leadership skills
• Detail oriented person
• Able to work in fast phase environment
• Adaptable, Agile, Quick learner
• Good English communication skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, & Premiere Pro
