- Lead AI model training through data annotation
- Analyze logs and user feedback using data-driven methods to improve AI product performance, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
- Recommend and track key performance indicators for AI products
- Provide detailed reports with insightful analysis
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features
- Maintain and update chatbot and helpcenter knowledge base
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Persyaratan Keahlian
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, concise messaging
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a Mandatory
- Experience in the contact center or e-commerce industry is a bonus
