Asset Integrity & QAQC Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Asset Integrity and QA/QC management systems, incorporating industry best practices.
• Establish clear standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and industrial codes.
• Conduct training sessions for asset teams on Asset Integrity and QA/QC management principles.
• Provide coaching to ensure understanding and application of QA/QC procedures across all related functions.
• Oversee the execution of Asset Integrity and QA/QC programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate program implementation, recommending improvements as needed.
• Assess and identify mechanical integrity issues affecting assets.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Asset Integrity and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
• Evaluate QA/QC programs, ensuring thorough review of results from projects and operational processes.
• Identify potential quality concerns and recommend corrective actions to uphold standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Asset Integrity and QA/QC frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and efficient approaches to integrity and quality management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Material Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Mechanical Integrity and QA/QC, particularly in the energy, power, or oil and gas industries.
• Proven technical and engineering expertise in Asset Integrity management.
• Hands-on experience with specifications, standards, regulations, and industrial codes related to materials and QA/QC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve QA/QC processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to deliver training and manage cross-disciplinary teams.
