Responsibilities:
A. Schedule Management
- Develop and Manage the CEO's schedule, including booking appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage the CEO's public image, arrange meetings with partners and help promote their brand while also overseeing public relations efforts related to projects.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such business partners and business partner candidates, to ensure that they are meeting project requirements.
B. Personal Development
- Assist in personal growth and development, including identifying goals and creating plans to achieve them while also managing professional development initiatives related to projects.
- Provide guidance and support to the CEO's on personal and professional issues that arise, such as mental health and work-life balance.
- Assist CEOs in identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to capitalise on strengths and address weaknesses.
- Conduct regular assessments of CEOs progress, and make adjustments to the personal development plan as necessary.
C.Health Management
- Ensure CEO's health condition by making sure they are following their diet and show up for workout
- Communicate with healthcare providers such as chiropractors, nutritionists, etc.
D. Travel Planning & CEO's Organization
- Manage travel arrangements national and international for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation while also coordinating travel related to projects.
- Help with CEO's activity such as attend monthly meetings, booking events, retreats, host international guests if necessary, etc.
- Assist and attend CEO's events as a staff if required.
- Coordinate with CEO's managers for event scheduling and any other requirements
E. Administrative Management
- Provide administrative support to the CEO.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO and respond appropriately to inquiries.
- Organize and prioritize tasks and projects for the CEO to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and follow up on action items. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including CEOs, partners, and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Driven, resourceful and good working attitude.
- Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Resilient with the Stakeholders issues.
- Organised, structured, disciplined and with strong interpersonal skills.
- Require to manage and remind the individual's priority and timing.
- Team player, able to work well with multiple stakeholders and build rapport in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, independent and committed with a high level of initiative.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft.
- Must be adept at using digital tools and researching online.
- Ability to drive a car is a plus.
